NGSS Crosscutting Concept Progressions Tables
These progressions tables compile the progression information from A Framework for K-12 Science Education into Grade band specific tables. Use these tables to provide clarity as to how students should be interacting with the Crosscutting Concepts (CCC) at the different grade levels. For some CCCs, the example performance expectation (PE) column was left blank. This is because there was not a PE that connected specifically to that CCC. Students will still engage every CCC.
